I feed my starter the day BEFORE I make my bread and I let it rise to about double before I rest it overnight in the fridge. I feed it equal parts flour and water or a 1:1 ratio. My flour is 50% whole wheat and 50% white flour. Starter loves to have some whole wheat included. Reach out if you guys have any questions!
