It’s been a minute since I’ve baked and posted here! My nephew had to change his birthday plans so when he requests a cookie cake, I had to come through for him!

PS… excuse my daughter’s paint stained arts & crafts table lol. This was all kinda last minute but the cake was delish and the kiddo was happy 🩵🥳🎈

Remember me this summer for all those BBQs and bdays, cookie cakes are the perfect dessert for them!
