We bought this camper an earlier this summer. We haven’t had time until now to start renovation.
Roof is sealed. Outside is painted all white, ready for logo.
Now to redo the inside. Tear out an empty cabinet, clean, paint and install shelving. We need to find a sliding Window to install next to the door. Then our Lefse Shack will be ready to roll!

So, I have been trying to get a few things together. One being sourdough pancake mix. I finally got my dehydrated sourdough ground fine ( needed a blender). Tonight I mixed together the dry mix, added the milk, egg, vanilla, butter. Not going to lie… some of the best pancakes ever!! They cooked perfect and tasted amazing!
I will be mixing up the dry mix and have available! Just as the wet ingredients.
I totally forgot to take a photo, so I will have to make them again soon!

Farmer’s Market is done for the season.
But I plan on several baking days a month. I will post here and in local happenings with a menu for that week, taking any preorders.

I was going to have my bake stand running at this point, but the weather didn’t cooperate and we had so much happening!

I am planning on getting some baking done this Friday ( have an order to fill) and hope to bake some extra things to have available in Northfield in Saturday. Plan is to have a garage sale at my daughter’s. Will post details and photos of what I bake on Friday!

Feel free to reach out at any time, to order. I may need several days, especially as Lefse season starts, but I love to keep baking!

I want to say thank you to all that have supported me this summer at the farmers market and also buying extra goods the next day! I only missed a few days at the farmers market. It’s been fun getting to know new people and I looked forward to the weekly market.

I am sad summer is over, but ready for a little break before jumping into holiday season and Lefse rolling weekly! I already have three people that put their orders in for Thanksgiving! Love having customers come back years after year. 😊

I hope we can continue to hold the weekly market, as a few more vendors and build more customers!

Feeding the sourdough, prepping and deciding on flavors. Thinking of making blueberry crisp, apple crisp, apple cinnamon bread, pumpkin bread, some brownies. I can’t decide!!! Time and energy will be the factor for what I get made for farmers market in Wednesday. I for sure will hand cinnamon rolls, Rossettes and fresh Lefse! If I can swing it, I will have green tomato pie slices… tastes like apple pie!🥧 and since focaccia was a hit, I will have more in Wednesday!

I am also in process of making samples for pre orders of decorated sugar cookies for fall/Halloween/ Thanksgiving. I want to have several different choices, but will have DIY cookies boxes for some decorating fun!

I also need to get Thanksgiving cookies trays figured out! I love making the variety and seeing them come together.
