Mixy Mixy! Have you heard of a “croissant” loaf? I know I saw it a lot a year or so ago on social media and it’s truly an unsung hero of tasty bread. You introduce grated butter and make a loaf that is moist, extremely soft, flaky, and best of all full of sourdough flavor. Honestly it’s my favorite. Let me know when you need yours 😍
