What's been going on in Mawmaw's Kitchen this weekend? Let me tell ya!
1st I booked 3 orders for the same weekend. Once I realized what I did, I got ahold of another amazing cake artist Missi Moorman and she took one for me. 🥰 (Seriously, hit her up for any of your baking needs because she is awesome!)
So I get to work on my first cake and I BROKE HALF OF IT! I would have had it done that day but I was exausted and needed to step away. The next morning I had 4 hours to complete this cake! Talk about feeling like I was a baking show being timed 🤣🤣 but I got it done in 3 hours and 50 minutes!!! Right after that I started baking for the birthday party for today. A funfetti smash cake, chocolate cupcakes, white cupcakes, mini German Chocolate cakes and apple pie cupcakes and 2-3 dozen coloring book cookies. It was stressful but fun at the same time. The kitchen was a disaster for 2 days!

Too early for Halloween? Not in the cookie world 🤣 I got my inspiration from another cookie group and for the life of me I can't remember which one. There are so many talented cookie artist and I am thankful we can share ideas. I do try to change the design up just a little bit so it's not an exact copy. And yes, I am doing more Halloween cookies!

It has been a busy week with cakes! I did 3 of these today along with 4 dozen cupcakes. No I didn't do everything in one day haha it was a week long process because I also did a birthday cake. Everything turned out amazing 🥰
