I've been experimenting lately with some new recipes and am very excited to share this latest one!! It's a soft wheat sandwhich bread. It has that subtle taste of wheat without all the grainy wheat texture. So good!! Can't wait to try it as a grilled cheese!! 😋 🫶🍞🐕

Its been a verrrrry busy week, but I have not forgotten about everyone! I just haven't had much free time to post lately, so this is your friendly weekly reminder to get those orders in by tomorrow evening!! It's looking like a dreary weekend, perfect for those long cooked stews and pasta meals, and what goes perfectly with that?? Bread of course!!

THANK YOU to all the people who showed up at the Cosmic Cat fair today and stopped to chat with me or buy some bread! It was nearly a sell out for me, with just a couple loafs of bread and a few bagels left over!! I truly appreciate each and every one of my customers and all of my followers! It was a wonderful day all the way around and I hope everyone has a spectacular night! 🫶🥯🍞🐕

Happy Wednesday! Need Something to do this weekend? Ill be set up at the Cosmic Cat fair this weekend, being hosted by Taylor Brooke Winery if you would like to come down and check it out! There'll be psychics, tarrot card readings and lots of different things going on. Stop by, say hi, grab yourself a bottle of locally made wine and a fresh loaf of bread to pair! This Sunday from 12-5!!

Sourdough Breads
-Original, Italian Herb, Rosemary and Garlic, Jalapeño Cheddar, Pesto Parmesean
-Cinnamon Swirl (with or without raisins), Espresso or Espresso Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Cherry, Chocolate Peanut Butter

Sourdough Bagels
-Plain, Onion, Everything, Jalapeño Cheddar, and a newly added Roasted Garlic

Dinner Rolls, Hamburger Buns, Garlic Bread

Cookies, Brownies (Plain, Walnut, Peanut Butter Swirl)
