Carmelized onion & thyme sourdough🧅🌿 🤤 fresh onions from Betsy's Stand cooked down and spread throughout with the perfect amount of thyme 😍
Also~ APPLE PIE POPTARTS 🍎🥧🍏 an apple pie filling (with apples from Ethier Farms) inside a buttery flaky pastry crust 😋

I can take about 3 more pre•orders for pickup at the market Saturday, however they will have to be paid for when the order is placed!💥

Another wonderful day & sold out Saturday at the Putnam Saturday Farmers Market!✨

Unfortunately I had 3 pre•orders today (and one a few weeks ago) that did not get picked up. I am super fortunate that I was able to sell the items at the end of the market- ✨but going forward all pre-orders will require payment beforehand. ✨
As a cottage baker (I’ll speak for myself and the others in the area) we are working HARD to bring you the best breads & baked goods possible. Most of us are doing ALL of this by hand; no mixers, no additional help, just late nights & early mornings ~ so it’s a bit upsetting when this happens.
Thank you for understanding! I appreciate all of you & love being able to bake for you!! 🫶🏼🌾🥖

I have 3 orders on my table that haven’t been picked up yet. If they’re not picked up by 1 or if I’m not contacted (and we arrange porch pickup) they will be sold.
