I’m genuinely curious, what would be your first bite?
1. Do you timidly stick the tip of your fork into the filling to try it first?
2. Do you take a bite of the corner and work your way in?
3. Do you try and get the perfect first bite of sponge, filling, and frosting ratio?

I am the third. The first bite and the last bite strategically need to be perfect.
