Views from the bakery this week!
I was blessed to have 8 amazing people pre-order this week. Seeing others believe in this little dream of mine is such a blessing!
Little did I know when I was in nursing school that during my 5th year of being a nurse I would go to working 1 day a week and start a microbakery. Mine and my husbands co-workers are some of my biggest supporters too! I couldn’t ask for better!
Now onto this week!

Blessed is an understatement! This week I didn’t plan to do anything sourdough related but something told me to do a small bake day. I made 12 sourdough items, all for my co-workers and neighbors! After weeks of feeling discouraged and having second thoughts God showed me where my true people are at!
Coming out of the bakery are
3 traditional loaves
2 jalapeño cheddar loaves
1 rosemary parm loaf
1 Italian herb and cheese focaccia
4 cinnamon roll focaccias
And 1 pack of white chocolate macadamia nut cookies!
I’m always so appreciative of every order and very connection made through this business! An order might just be a transaction from the other end of things, but for me it feels like people truly seeing and believing in this small microbakery I’m building!
I’ll be posting July markets later this week and opening pre-orders for the month! Hope to see your name in my kitchen and providing you with fresh bread baked with love! 💕
