KETTERING COFFEE BAR DRIVE THRU

Have you been? The coffee bar has become wildly busy and we are so stoked people have finally caught on we are not JUST amazing pastries, we have amazing drinks, too! From traditional espresso drinks to the most delicious, rich lattes, matcha and cold brews. We have something for everyone!

Our Kettering drive thru is your ticket to friendly, quick service Val’s quality drinks with limited pastries fresh from the downtown bakery.

We are finally at the point we can start hiring.

We will be baking for our Kettering Coffee Bar & Miamisburg Coffeehouse at a shared prep kitchen in Kettering.

Looking for passionate and hard working pastry lovers to help us grow while upholding the Val’s dedication to craft and quality.
-1 year of commercial experience required
-lamination experience strongly preferred for croissant team
-able to lift 50lb and stand for long periods
-ability to multitask and maintain focus in fast paced kitchen
-collaborative attitude & willingness to learn

-Full time 30-40 hours weekly
-3am start for morning bakers
-8am for croissant team
-must be available to work weekends

-Starting hourly rate $16/hr based on experience
-continued training and opportunity for growth
-incentives, discounts on food, merch and free drinks
-paid time off, sick leave & health insurance options

HOURS DOWNTOWN:
Wednesday - Friday 7am to 2pm
Saturday 9am to 2pm
Sunday 10am to 2pm

PLEASE NOTE: our Coffee Bar in Kettering DOES NOT have the full pastry menu. They get a few choices daily until sold out. We are working on stocking the coffee bar with more pastries. They do have the seasonal drink menu plus exclusive year round specialty drinks that the downtown location does not. Thanks for visiting us and keeping us busy!

MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND 🌺

We are sorry we couldn’t bring any specials this year! Life is crazy managing 2 locations and working on opening a 3rd.

We STILL know what mom wants this year. And we would bet on her smile when you walk through the door with a pink box from Val’s! Don’t forget the Tiramisu Cold Brew, Strawberry Matcha or Banana Pudding Latte. 😬

Preorders are officially CLOSED for the weekend. For those of you who got one in already, bravo 👏.

We are expecting LONG lines this weekend, so please plan accordingly. If there is a specific item you have to have, you should plan on being there before opening to line up to snag that item for mom.

Couldn’t be more excited to join the Miamisburg community. You can expect the same delicious pastries and drinks with the addition of house made soft serve, later hours, event nights AND .reuse.refillery inside.

Bring your kiddo to the riverfront park or splash pad across the street, watch a movie at the plaza theatre, enjoy a summer night at a show at the amphitheater and enjoy Val’s.
