We have made the difficult decision to close Baker Benji's permanently. As part of this process, we are looking for someone to take over the legacy of the bakery on Troy Street.

**Please note: The business name, logo, and branding are not included in the sale.**

Included in the sale:

* All equipment (ovens, mixers, fridges, freezers, etc.)
* Recipes and Formulas
* Bakeware and pans
* Dry storage inventory and all tangible on-site items
* past orders/contracts

Dear friends, neighbors, and loyal customers,

Running this bakery has been more than just a livelihood; it’s been a labor of love. Over the last few years, your support has not only kept our ovens warm but has helped us give back in ways I’ll always be proud of. From donating to local shelters and local partnerships to sponsoring school events and community fundraisers, everything we’ve done has been possible because of *you*. This bakery has always stood for more than pastries and donuts—it’s been a place where people feel welcome, cared for, and connected.

I also want to acknowledge something more difficult.

As some of you may know, I’m currently facing legal challenges that have understandably raised questions. I’m limited in what I can say right now and what I even know about the situation myself. All I can do right now is work through the legal process with honesty and respect for the system and for the community that has stood by me.

This bakery was built on trust, love, and flour-dusted mornings shared with all of you. That spirit won’t change. Our team remains committed to serving you with the same heart and dedication as always, and I personally am committed to remaining in service to this community, now and in the future.

Thank you for the grace, patience, and support you’ve shown me and our team. It means more than I can put into words.
