Today’s lunch was grilled cheese on our Italian Herb & Cheese sourdough and it was SO good. 😭🧀

Crispy on the outside, gooey in the middle, and the flavor from the herbs and cheese in the bread just makes it next level. Definitely one of my favorite loaves lately.

If you want one for this weekend, make sure to get your order in before Thursday night! 🍞✨

How is it already Thursday? 😅 Just a reminder that ordering for this Saturday's pickup closes tonight!

The weather was way too nice this morning, and I knew I had crack open those windows and try some new recipes. I ended up making Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pop-Tart Cookies, and wow… they are SO good. Soft, filled with that cinnamon-y gooey center, and honestly taste like childhood in cookie form.

Now I need to know… would you guys want to see these added to the menu soon? 👀

I’ve also been thinking about adding sourdough sandwich loaves in the future too, but only if there’s enough interest! I always love hearing what you guys want to see on the menu.

Okay, but why does Tuesday somehow feel both productive and chaotic at the same time? The end of the school year always feels crazy for me.

The starters are bubbly though, the bread dough is happy, and I’m once again pretending I won’t keep “testing” the brownies all week. ✨

This week’s menu is packed with all the favorites plus individual treats because sometimes you just need a brownie without committing to a whole tray. 😂
