All of our baked goods are made from scratch and range from scones and cinnamon rolls to cookies, cakes and tarts and special order cakes. Coffee is prepared by professional Baristas using state of the art equipment including La Marzocco's "Strada" espresso machine. We offer a small selection of paninis and entree salads which are prepared fresh daily and one seasonal soup. Come in, unplug and enjoy!

Merry Christmas to all the wonderful people who support my pop-ups every year, especially the lovely Dana Pugh who allows me to take over the parking lot for these events.

I’ve delayed this long enough because I really wanted to make a pop-up happen this year, but sadly, I cannot.

Without going into a bunch of drama and detail, in April I had a serious injury to the pinky finger on my right hand which has not healed the way I would have hoped. I’ve come to find out how important that little guy is. Keep him safe! 🖐️

So…..I am looking forward to 2026 and from the bottom of my heart I wish you all a joyous and blessed Christmas and pray you are able to share this glorious holiday with those you love.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR CINNAMON ROLLS
 
1.     The cinnamon rolls can be baked in a 9x13 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.  Allow cinnamon rolls to set out on the counter for 1-2 hours the night before baking.
2.     Place in the refrigerator overnight.  Leave the plastic wrap on until baking.
3.     In the morning, or a few hours before serving, remove from the refrigerator and place on the counter for 45min – 1 hour while preheating the oven to 325°.  (350° if using the regular baking setting).  Also remove the cream cheese frosting from the fridge at this time.
4.     Bake, uncovered for 12 minutes, then rotate the pan (back to front, front to back), and continue to bake another 10  - 12 minutes until an instant read thermometer inserted into the side of one of the cinnamon rolls registers 185 degrees (or, until the cinnamon rolls are nicely browned all over and bubbly).   It may happen sooner than the time mentioned.  If they are getting too dark to top, lightly cover with a piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper to prevent them from burning.
5.     When done, remove from oven and allow to ‘rest’ in the pan for about 5 minutes.
6.     Invert the cinnamon rolls on to a rimmed plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave the baking dish on top of the cinnamon rolls for a few minutes before removing.
7.     Place the cream cheese frosting on top of the warm cinnamon rolls, allowing it to soften, then spread gently.
8.     Serve warm.

Now I know how Santa’s elves feel when it’s Christmas Eve and ALL the toys are finally made. 🤶

Every cake is topped, the coffee cakes are dusted with powdered sugar, all the cream cheese frosting has been scooped, the breads are wrapped and the cookies are tucked in their packaging.

WE ARE READY! 👏🏻

WOW! That was fast!

The pre-order cinnamon rolls have sold out, but do not despair! A limited supply of the take & bake cinnamon rolls will be available at the pop up as will a number of other delicious, scratch baked items.

Once the pre-order scones are sold out, they are finished. I will not be bringing more of that particular item to the pop up.

We’re only one week away from our Christmas 🎄 Pop-Up on Saturday, December 21st from 10am-12:30pm! 🙌🏻

So many of you have asked for the ability to pre-order and we heard you! Mr. has created a site where cinnamon rolls, scones and the 9” flourless chocolate cakes can be ordered.
There is a limited supply of these 3 items.

All items MUST be picked up on Saturday, December 21st between 10am - 12:30pm. NO EXCEPTIONS

There will be additional items available at the pop up that are not available for pre-order.

Making cinnamon rolls till I run out of freezer space which calls for a certain amount of product testing. 😉

A random cinnamon roll pulled from one of yesterday’s 12 batches is going into the oven to ensure it bakes properly and meets the standards you all have come to expect. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My father-in-law will be the official taster tester once I ensure it rises and bakes as desired.

Proofing and baking will instructions are included with every order, so please be sure to pick up a copy with your order. 👌🏻

Hi, I'm Ginger...

My passion for baking and cooking started at a very young age and was encouraged by my parents and extended family. I cherished these great moments, shared with family, preparing meals and most of all baking. Inspired by this love, I was determined to pursue a career path in the culinary industry.

This passion led me to The Culinary School of Fort Worth where I received a degree in Pastry Arts. That was it. The course was set for me to pursue my ultimate dream of owning her very own bakery and share my love of baking to Coppell, the small-town community where I raised my kids. I owned and operated Zenzero Bakery from 2010 to 2020.

The bakery was not spared and did not survive Covid-19. With a need to “pivot” during the crisis, I quickly moved my baking offerings to my home with pre-ordered curbside pickup. For more information on how to order locally, click HERE.
