Greek Yogurt Butter Swim Biscuits
• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons honey
• ½ cup sourdough discard (sub Greek yogurt)
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 2-4 tablespoons water, as needed
• ½ cup (1 stick) butter

2026 has been off to a much more peaceful start compared to 2025! I will always be proud of what I accomplished and how hard I worked last year, but this year I am focusing on my family and my passions a bit more as I have scaled back from baking at such intense and high quantities. I am still taking orders every week and loving it! Baking to order versus baking for markets has been so refreshing - I never have to worry about what will get sold, if I am wasting my time, if I have to figure out someone to cover for me at my booth to make it to a soccer game, being so exhausted all weekend, etc. I would love to bake for you, and orders are open (almost) every week from Sunday through Wednesday! So excited to get back to it this week after a much needed holiday break! As most of you know, the is only open on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month in the winter. On the off weeks, I will be offering porch pick ups from my home in Coppell on Fridays! You can swipe to see what my schedule and menu will look like for the months of January and February ➡️

You may notice:
⭐️ bagels are only going to be available on market days! Stock up and freeze if you want them the following week 🥰

⭐️ there are 5 weekends in January, which means there will be back to back porch pick up weeks at the end of Jan/ beginning of Feb

⭐️ our family is taking a trip the second week of February, so we won’t be at the market on the 14th!
