I love Mondays because they are my chance to settle back into the weekly routines and get everything cleaned up for the week ahead. Weekends are my busiest time for orders so Mondays are when I reset and prepare for my week. :)

Happy Wednesday! I have a couple big announcements for y’all this week.
1) OH BABY! My husband and I will be welcoming our first baby sometime in the next couple weeks! As a one-woman business, I will not be taking any new orders for the remainder of July through early September. I will do my best to continue to respond to all of your emails/inquiries but please bear with me if it takes me a bit longer to respond.
2) WE’RE MOVING!! The Blonde Bakeshop is moving from Coppell to the North Fort Worth/Keller area this next week. I will still be providing services and sweets for those throughout the DFW area.

This cutie will get all the kids feeling a little two wild! Learning to make gum paste and fondant 3D animals was the most exciting part of this creation!
Two tier cake with 6” confetti cake on the bottom and 4” lemon cake on top filled and finished with Swiss buttercream. Decorated with gum paste flowers and safari leaves, fondant stripes, a gum paste cheetah, and the cutest fondant elephant!
