The same amou t of cookie dough went into baking these cookies. The difference is, how I baked them. I used a ring to bake the smaller cookie, so it would keep its shape. The larger one did not bake with a ring and you can see the result.
I prefer baking with rings, it gives me more control and consistency with the spread of my cookies.

French Onion Parmesan Sourdough is my husband's top choice, particularly for making outstanding grilled cheese. This Sourdough will be available tomorrow at both the Midland Community Farmers Market and Bluebelle Local Mercantile.

I am so excited to bring some delicious Sourdough Focaccia to Midland Community Farmers Market and Bluebelle Local Mercantile tomorrow!!! I have Rosemary Smoked Gouda and Tomato Basil. I will also have Sourdough bread of course and a new sweet focaccia.... more pictures to follow 😊
