🍷🍺 WineDown at the Marina! 🍕🍰

Join us next Friday, June 26, from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM for our WineDown at the Marina!

Stop by and enjoy pizza, sweets, wine, and beer while mingling with your neighbors and friends.

Please note: This is a 21+ adult members-only event. Children are not permitted to attend or loiter on the premises during the event.

We are loving our beautiful new shelter house next to the beach! It was just finished this week and is ready for our members to enjoy. Stop by and take a look the next time you're at the beach!

We had a lot of fun at the Kids Fishing Fun Day on Saturday! The fish were hungry!

“Wine Down” with us at the Marina on Friday, June 26th from 6:30-8:00PM. Mingle with other residents and enjoy pizza, wine and beer from Zwanzigz! Must be 21 to attend.

This Saturday, June 13, is our Kids Fishing Fun Day at the Marina!
Please note that REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. Thank you to everyone who signed up. We look forward to seeing all registered participants on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a fun morning of fishing!
There is no need to bring a fishing pole—just come as you are!

SANS SOUCI is going to be set up at the Harrison Ridge Park from 12-4 for all left over garage sale items. Please make sure items are in bags, totes, or boxes.

For the awareness of our members who live along the Tipton Lakes walking paths, postcards have been sent requesting that any necessary trimming along the paths be completed.

If you notice areas that still require trimming, please do not trim them yourself. Instead, kindly notify the Association Office of any locations that need attention. We will follow up with the appropriate property owners as needed.

Thank you for your cooperation and courtesy in helping maintain our community walking paths.
