It was a blessing to celebrate a special couples anniversary!!

This beauty is my first ever cactus 2 tier cake covered in chocolate buttercream, toasted pecans, and cacti made from homemade cake pops and buttercream.

Inside is a double layer German chocolate cake with the traditional coconut and pecan icing in between each layer. This cake was absolutely to-die-for!

first time ever making a cookies and cream cake and icing!! I have to say I think it was a hit!!

Cupcakes: vanilla cake with Oreo cookie crumbles topped with cookies and cream icing and a mini Oreo
Cake: 4 layer cake with chocolate cake and vanilla cake with Oreo cookie crumbles baked inside. 2 layers of Oreo cookies and one layer of chocolate ganache. All covered in cookies and cream icing
