Fall has officially landed at The Chunk Truck. 🍂🍪

And rightfully so, the occasion called for Glamour Shots. 📸✨

Ten cookies. Some returning favorites, some brand-new troublemakers, and not a boring one in the bunch. So naturally, they got dressed up for their Fall Collection debut.

🍫 Shell Game — Cadbury Harvest Mini Eggs
🍎 Orchard Heat — apple with a hot-cinnamon kick
🌽 Cornflicted — candy corn with a molten center
🍺 Chunkerfest — Oktoberfest-inspired goodness
🍠 Yam I Am — sweet potato, maple & pecan
🍏 Carnie Chaos — caramel apple gone gloriously off the rails
🥣 Oat So Cozy — brown butter, maple, oatmeal, pecan & dark chocolate
🍫 Butter Luck — loaded with Butterfinger goodness
🍂 The Ginger & Snap — warm gingerbread spice
🥃 Smoke & Barrel — bourbon & maple-candied bacon

And because choosing just one seems unnecessarily cruel, meet the new Harvest Haul 4-Pack. Pick four Fall flavors and build your own haul.

Cookies worth chasing. 🍪

30 lbs of Ghirardelli chocolate just landed on the counter. 🍫

Great haul of dark, milk, and white, all going straight into this week's batches. Only the good stuff over here - if it's not good enough to eat on its own, it doesn't belong in your Chunk Truck cookie.

Big flavor starts with real ingredients. More cookies baking soon!

If you're local, you know what the weather has been like, so what else were we to do with our time? Obvious, of course, but we couldn't stop at just one. 🍪

Meet the three newest members of the lineup:

🍋 Meringue My Day — real lemon, white chocolate, and bits of homemade meringue
🍫 Mint to Be — Andes mints and waffle cone pieces, our take on the ice cream truck classic
🫐 Berried Treasure — triple berry jam and hidden cheesecake bites, tucked inside golden Oreo dough
