Per 1 cup serving:

🥛 Cow's Milk: ~8g protein

🫘 Silk Soy Milk: ~7–8g protein

🌾 Oat Milk: ~2–3g protein

🌰 Almond Breeze Almond Milk: ~1g protein

🥥 Friendly Farms Coconut Milk: ~0–1g protein
