Last year, Congress approved a new federal definition of h**p, with most of the changes scheduled to take effect November 12.

Yesterday, the House approved a one-month delay that had already passed the Senate. If the president signs it, most of those changes will move to December 11.

That’s one additional month—not a repeal or a permanent solution. State laws in Tennessee and North Carolina still apply.

This extra time matters, but we need to use it.
