Columbia has been the heartbeat of our journey since day one. You welcomed us with open arms, believed in our craft, and helped turn a local kitchen dream into a 35x national award-winning brand. We are endlessly grateful for every single customer, neighbor, and team member who has walked through our doors and made 420 W 7th Street feel like home.
As many of you know, the sweeping regulatory shifts that hit Tennessee in July brought heavy challenges across the entire industry. It has been a tough road to navigate, but stepping back from retail operations here puts us in the position to focus on much bigger things for Burning Acre.
