People always ask me what the most popular flavors are. I tell them a few but then tell them, "Whatever flavor or combinations you enjoy is the best!"
Then they ask what my favorite is. Honestly, for me, there is nothing better than a beautiful creamy Vanilla Bean Cream or Ganache made with whole vanilla beans, fresh heavy cream, and good european butter. It's right up there with the perfect little black dress, a firefly walk with my husband, or the embrace of my children ❤️

Now, this isn’t pudding in the American sense of the word. It’s a classic English pudding of a moist date sponge cake with a tender crumb that gets draped in a generous layer of toffee sauce. It has a subtle rich flavor of dates, molasses, and brown sugar. I've re-worked this British Christmas favorite into a wonderful flavored 💯 GF macaron!
