Ever wonder why Ethiopian coffee can taste like berries, citrus, or even peach? 🫐 🍋 🍑

A lot of it comes from high elevation and natural processing. Coffee cherries grow slower in the mountains, which builds more complex sugars in the bean. When the beans are dried inside the fruit, those sweet fruity flavors stick around. Coffee is a fruit after all!
