Happy Saturday everybody. This is my beautiful pumpkin supreme cheesecake. It is topped with caramel and roasted hazelnuts and sits upon a crust of crushed gingersnaps. It has freshly made whipping cream around the outer edge and is lightly dusted with cinnamon sugar.

This is my Brookie. Please contact me if you would like to order one for yourself. It has a brownie bottom and sides, a giant chocolate chip cookie for the top and then there are multiple Oreos and cheesecake inside. If you haven't tried it yet you really should. It is very unique.
