Gluten free chocolate and vanilla cupcakes, with triple berry filling, strawberry filling, raspberry mousse, and Boston creme, covered in vanilla buttercream.

We got a special request from one of our favorite customers. She took a trip to NY and while she was there she had a Cannoli creme filled rainbow cookie.
She asked if I could recreate it in cake form.
I decided to go with a bar cake so it would look like a huge rainbow cookie.
This is a fluffy, vanilla cake made with almond paste and almond flavoring. I added my signature Cannoli creme for the filling and covered it in a chocolate ganache and sprinkles.
I LOVE how it came out!
