Tomorrow, Saturday, July 18, Squatch Burger Co. will be at the Rathdrum Craft and Farmers Market, Inc and ready to sling burgers!

Apparently half the Northwest decided to cosplay as a giant campfire this week, but a little smoke isn’t enough to scare the Squatch back into the woods. 👀

🍔 SQUATCH BURGER CO. WILL BE OPEN AND SERVING TOMORROW!

Now for the slightly tragic news…

Our beloved Northwest Aebleskivers will NOT be at the market this weekend OR next weekend. 😭

Before anyone starts forming a search party, relax. The little Danish balls of happiness are safe and will make their glorious return the weekend after next.

So tomorrow:
✅ Burgers? HELL YES.
✅ Fries? YOU KNOW IT.
✅ Squatch sightings? HIGHLY PROBABLE.
❌ Aebleskivers? Currently hiding from civilization.

🥞 AEBLESKIVER UPDATE 🥞

Beginning this weekend, Northwest Aebleskivers will be taking a short break and will return July 11th.

But don’t panic…

🍔 Squatch Burger Co. will still be serving up fresh burgers, fries, cheese curds, coffee, and all the Squatch goodness you’ve come to expect. ☕

We’re simply shifting our focus for a few weeks while we continue growing the Squatch side of the business.

So while the aebleskiver pans are resting, the griddle is still hot and the coffee is still brewing.

Thank you for supporting our small family business. We’ll see the aebleskivers back on July 11th, and we’ll be serving burgers the entire time.

We’re taking a small vacation and giving the aebleskiver pans a weekend off.

🚨 Friendly Reminder 🚨

Hey everyone! Just a quick heads up — we will NOT be at the Rathdrum Farmers Market this weekend, but we’ll be back next Saturday and ready to serve you again!

We also know today is the grand opening of the Kootenai County Farmers Market, and many of you may be heading out there. We want to remind everyone that we are no longer part of that market. Over the past couple years, there were a lot of changes behind the scenes that led us to step away. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the right one for our family and our business.

We hope you continue to follow and support us over at the Rathdrum market — a market that truly cares about family and its vendors. We can’t wait to see you all again next weekend and get back to serving up your favorite aebleskivers.
