First batch recipes are trial and tribulation.
This recipe I tweaked for gluten free flours AND coconut milk. Rest for only 30 minutes with yeast.
These are plain Liege Waffles. Fruit, whipped cream, peanut butter, chocolate, or just plain maple syrup.
Next time I'll let the dough rest overnight.
They are delicious and a new favorite in my house. We'll see what my neighbors think this weekend!
