✨ Dreams really do come true… Part 2 🤎🍞

Today we started stocking Natural Grocers and restocked Coeur d’Alene Super 1!

This has been such an incredible blessing for our family, and we know it will continue to be. Not going to lie—it hasn’t all been sunshine and roses. We seem to learn something the hard way every single day. 😂 As I’ve been saying, this is a whole new business, a whole new hustle, and a whole new learning process.

But through it all, we are so incredibly grateful.

When you shop at Natural Grocers or Super 1 and purchase Dat Bread Dough, you’re not just buying sourdough bread—you’re supporting our little family and our family-run business. Every loaf purchased helps us continue doing what we love, and for that, we are beyond thankful.

✨✨So dreams really do come true.

I have tears in my eyes as I write this because it still doesn’t seem real. How is this possible?

Three years ago, Dat Bread Dough was just a little dream. One loaf at a time, one customer at a time, one step of faith at a time. And now... you can buy our bread at Coeur d’Alene Super 1.

Pinch me. Wake me up. Do all the things.

If it weren’t for my husband working so hard all these years so I could stay home, to be with our son, and build this business, none of this would be happening.

And now, in a way only God could orchestrate, we’re doing this together. What started as my little home bakery has become a husband-and-wife business, a whole new adventure, a whole new hustle, and a whole new dream.

There have been so many moments when we didn’t know what the next step would look like. But time and time again, God has opened doors, closed doors, and faithfully guided our path.

To every customer who has ordered a loaf, shared a post, told a friend, stopped by our porch, or simply cheered us on—thank you. You are part of this story.

All glory goes to Him. ❤️

✨Our first official market as partnering business owners at the 5th Street Farmers Market … and we SOLD OUT in under 2 hours! 🙌🏼

60 loaves of bread, 14 cookies, and English muffins. We honestly could have brought more, but the weather this week had us a little nervous. What a blessing it is to even be able to say we sold out.

We absolutely love the . From the amazing new management, to the incredible vendors, to every single customer who stopped by — thank you. One of our favorite parts is watching people try our bread for the very first time and seeing their excitement. That feeling never gets old.

We’re also obsessed with our new branding and merch from she absolutely nailed it! If you need custom work done, definitely go check her out. She is so sweet and easy to work with, and very very patient 🤎

I truly love doing this new phase of life alongside my husband, and getting to build this together has been such a blessing.

We are back at it for our first day at Super 1 in CDA tomorrow and we are SO excited for what’s ahead!

✨We are seriously blown away by the signs created for the stores and markets!! They turned out even better than we could have imagined, and you can truly see the heart, creativity, and passion poured into every single detail.

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented .makings for bringing my vision to life so beautifully. Supporting fellow small businesses is already special, but being able to support a military spouse-owned business makes it even more meaningful to us. 🇺🇸

If you are looking for custom signs for markets, storefronts, events, or your business branding, I cannot recommend her enough. She truly does it all, and her work is absolutely phenomenal.

📣 We have a special announcement! 🤎

What started as healthier bread for our special needs son has grown into something we never could have imagined.

This season has stretched us in ways we didn’t expect, but through every closed door, uncertainty, and prayer, the Lord continued making a path forward.

About a month ago, my husband received news of a layoff, and while it felt scary at first, it became the beginning of something new for our family. After a lot of prayer and hard work behind the scenes, we made the decision to officially become a full family-operated business, with my husband now joining Dat Bread Dough full time while our daughter continues helping behind the scenes as she always has.

As we step into THREE years of Dat Bread Dough, we also felt it was the perfect time for a little refresh, keeping the same logo and heart behind our bakery, while bringing a fresh new look into this next season of growth.

And we still can’t believe we get to say this… our sourdough will officially be hitting the shelves of CDA Super 1 beginning May 29th, and Natural Grocers within the first few weeks of June. ✨

But no matter how much we grow, porch pickup will always stay. This community is truly the reason we’re here, and we’ll never stop being grateful for every order, every share, every encouragement, and every person who chose to support our family over the last three years.
