Jalapeño cheddar artisan loaf

We go through all of this in just 3 day of being open during the week🙃

AP Flour- 75 lbs
Bread flour- 50lbs
Sugar- 50lbs
Powdered sugar- 24lbs
Eggs- 240 (4 60 count boxes)
Butter- 20lbs
Chocolate chips/white chocolate- 15lbs
Cheese- 8lbs
80 bananas (yes I have to peel each one🤪)
Lots of Jalepeno

Plus all the extras that go inside all of our goodies, packaging/labels/bags, cleaning supplies.
