In case you've ever wondered what a sea of oatmeal cream pies would look like . . . .

There were some wishes made at my bakery stand . . . and so I set out to "Bake" them come true!

Tomorrow's menu will include a sugar-free option: carrot cake with cream cheese frosting
AND . . . three varieties of GLUTEN FREE sour dough bread
Jalapeño cheddar
Everything bagel
Plain

It won't be the same as cake with sugar or bread with gluten . . . but hopefully it will be something that this echo can't have those things can enjoy!
