Hollowbrook Treats LLC. Welcome! I specialize in cake artistry for all kinds of character work, as well as dietary friendly custom treats. I'm happy to create for you!

No matter what dietary restrictions a person is living with, sometimes you just need a cookie. I began my journey to creating healthy and delicious dietary friendly desserts after coming to the realization that sugar and gluten were both huge triggers for my fibromyalgia. I knew I was not going to give up treats so I decided to craft my own recipes! After some research I learned just how many othe

r ailments are triggered by sugar and gluten and knew that I wanted to share my creations with the world. My style is a little bit Great Grandma and a little bit Hippie. I make everything from Grandma's Carrot Cakes to Vegan and Gluten Free Hippiedoodles, and everything in between! I also love creating crazy dream cakes. I was a theater major and I worked in film and television before becoming a mama and shifting my focus. One way to keep my art hands busy is by making cake dreams come true. I'm in the process of putting together at cook book of my personal recipes. More on that in the coming months. My husband and our children make up our team so you're likely to meet the crew when you come to shop! All cookies and brownies can be shipped for basic flat rate shipping costs. You guys helped us grow our bakery page a few years ago and we are still so very grateful! Asking if you could help grow our socials for GRN! ❤️🙏❤️

While we are still not back up and running, we are still working towards getting that big dream brick and mortar establishment. For now, we are doing a few events where we combine a few of our baked goods with German Roasted Nuts!

At our events we do have our Famous VGF S'Mores-A-Licious cookies available along with a few other items!!

We've also rolled out beverages at GRN that are naturally VGF as well. If you go out to Opry, stop in and try some!!

We are working on getting Hollowbrooks website back in action with a limited menu at this time. The menu will mimic the event menu and have a set pickup date. Not at all the scale it used to be, but back in action none the less! Stay tuned!!!

The tiniest minion in the fam and his bff almost share a bday one year apart. So we had a combined party of course. Hunter specifically wanted a tomato cake because he doesn't like tomatoes and his reason was "Because it's funny!" This kid I tell ya. 🤣🥰
