Working on protein cookies today 💪 😋

These are some of the ingredients I'll be using.

After a trip to Rutabagas etc. Natural Food Market , the talented staff helped me decide on the best protein powder for what I was looking for. They encouraged this one because its non gritty, non gmo, clean ingredients, and 3rd party tested. I love that it has 24g of protein per scoop.

Now to make and taste.... I'll keep you updated. I've been working on recipes for 2 weeks now. Let's put them to the test ;)

Let's talk SIZE for just a minute.

Most of my cookies are giant. Almost the size of your hand. And priced at $7 each.

I have customers who can afford that, and enjoy the large size. My regulars tell me they typically cut the cookie up into sections and save some for later. Others eat the entire thing in one sitting as to indulge.

However, I realize that I may be missing the mark a bit when it comes to a customer base.

Some folks may want a smaller sized cookie. Maybe the large size deters them because they're trying to watch their waistline. Maybe my giant ones are too much for one sitting. Maybe they'd like to purchase for their kids, or parents, and know that a giant cookie will never get eaten.

Some folks can't afford paying the $7 for one cookie, so they refrain from purchasing at all. Or they see the high price tag and decide that they have other things more important at the moment.

So I've decided to switch things up a bit. I'd like to offer more options. Something for everyone :)

After Father's day, I will include "mini's" into my pricing information. These cookies will be "half-sized", and HALF the price. Of course I won't be able to offer this option with every flavor, but I can for most.

Super excited to see how this goes.
