Our Farm Hop family is growing, and we have ten new stops to welcome! 💚Behind each one are neighbors baking, growing, creating and sharing a little piece of themselves with our community. We’re so happy to introduce them to you.

Offerings have included rustic sourdough sandwich bread, pumpkin bread with pecan crumble, spiced maple donuts, pecan pie truffles, cowboy candy, hand balm, hand-painted wooden magnets, soy candles and simmer pot blends. From bread proofed for over 18 hours to little woodland treasures painted by hand, this porch stand shares the care and creativity behind making things yourself.

Offering cookies, brownies, breads, mini loaves, cinnamon rolls, snack mixes, candied pecans and gluten free toffee pretzels. Her Thanksgiving preorder menu also includes pumpkin pie, pecan pie, pecan cheesecake and pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting.

Diana created Shane’s Sugar Shack in loving memory of her son. Baking became a source of comfort and a way to carry his memory forward, sharing a little sweetness with the community he remains part of.

Amelia started the stand beside her River Dog Grooming salon to share her baking and bring neighbors together. She also maintains a Giving Box and offers free community meals when she’s able, making this a stop with plenty of heart.

Diana calls herself a mama who loves to bake and a “Candied Chaos Coordinator.” Her colorful creations and playful flavor combinations bring that personality right to the treat table!

A mother and daughter team is behind this stand, enjoying time together in the kitchen and sharing what they make with neighboring families, even their four legged members.

Amanda is a culinary graduate who grew up in the restaurant industry and baking alongside her grandmother and great grandmother. Her cheerful pink cake pop stand carries those family roots into something all her own.
