When you run a business out of your house, the team you hire practically becomes family!

Sue’s been with me for about 2 years now. I used to teach with her but when she retired, she started rolling cookie dough with me a couple afternoons a week.

When I started thinking about expanding the business, Sue jumped all in and brought her friend Cindy along for the ride.

They now bake about 40 dozen cookies a week for me as well as package and deliver.

But above all, they embrace the chaos of our house. My kids literally love them! And I couldn’t be more grateful for ALL that they do for the business and my family!! 🩷
