This Saturday from 9to1pm is Schertz Hometown Harvest Market hosted by City of Schertz Parks and Recreation ! I hope to see you there. I am working on orehovki ( Bulgarian walnut cookies) at the moment. I am hesitant on walnut in cookies, but its because I never had the right kind as a kid. These walnut cookies omgoodness are perfect. They are not that sweet and perfect texture and nuttiness has turned me into a walnut fan! If you need to stay away from wheat or have a gluten sensitivity, these cookies are definitely something you will want to try.

The competition aims to simulate working conditions of arborists in the field. Male and female competitors perform five different events during preliminary rounds. Each event tests a competitor’s ability to professionally, and safely perform tree-climbing tasks in a timely manner.

Just finished up some poppyseed cake! Which do you prefer ? A little drizzle or powder sugar? These cute small bundts are perfect size to share or keep to yourself! I love poppyseed cake. Makes me think of my Grandma every time I make it.

Countdown to Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st! I will be debuting at Highway 151 Pop Up Market! I am excited to try out a new market! Today I am baking all my items that are gluten-free starting with my coconut macaroons! Once these cool off it will be time to dip and drizzle in some dark chocolate!
