Something fun coming this Saturday to Schertz Hometown Harvest! A little taste of Belgium. Next to Belgium chocolate my favorite are sugar waffles. It's sweet but not overly sweet. Sometimes plain and sometimes one side dipped in chocolate. ( it's too hot for chocolate dipped this weekend.) This brings back fond memories of little festivals, much cooler weather, and fun family times while living in Europe. I am thrilled to be baking these up for Saturday's market!!

Finishing up packaging and labeling all my goodies for The Brooks of Cibolo Senior Living event tomorrow. Stop between 10 to 2pm. I have a smaller menu because my daughter decided she needed a home cooked dinner and the college dining facility wasn't cutting it. Many favorites like OG chocolate chip, red velvet cream cheese, poppyseed, lebkuchen, biscotti, and madeleines will be available!
