Delightful Pastries is a privately owned, european style baking company with three locations in Chicago. The location on Lawrence Avenue is where all of the items are made and shipped from every morning. This location and the one in the French Market only serve the pastries and baked goods. The location on N Wells street is a cafe which serves breakfast and lunch until 3pm. This location has a ful

l kitchen along with fine coffee drinks, and all of the delicious pastries, cookies,and fresh breads. The cafe also has free wireless internet.

The staff is having fun making our marzipan macarons. We're making a lot of blueberry pierogies so stop over by the bakery we're open till 3:00 p.m. today. Make sure you try them because it's a seasonal product, we use Michigan blueberries to make them which makes them even more delicious. Besides that we made a lot of soups, so if you don't feel like cooking you have some ready to go meals today. And if you're a fan of Jurassic Park we've got lots of different dinosaurs to make you happy.

We made some amazing cakes🎂 today at the bakery. Death By Chocolate, German Chocolate Cake, raspberry mousse cake and passion fruit mousse cake. So if you're looking for some wonderful summer flavored cakes that are not super sweet stop by the bakery and see us.🍾 You can celebrate your special occasions with us. For my birthday I made up a completely new cake my pastry chef constructed a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, fresh raspberries and finished with chocolate ganache. I admit friendly to my addiction to chocolate thank God for the Belgians and their bittersweet chocolate, merci beaucoup.

It has been one of those cold rainy weeks. We figured everybody could use some soup, so we made this amazing soup called Chinese chicken essence soup which is simply delicious full of protein and fiber, dairy free and gluten free. We also made a Polish pickle soup with fermented dill pickles we made ourselves and we made the Mexican tortilla soup. In addition we made polish cheese and potato pierogi and lots of fantastic quiches. If you are tired and don't feel like cooking stop by the bakery we're open till 6:00 today or come in tomorrow morning and you've got dinner covered. I feel our soups represent our international approach to food. From Mexico 🇲🇽 to Poland 🇵🇱 to China 🇨🇳 to France🇫🇷 . I'm going to copy Pitbull and be International, although I might not put off the sexy look and the fantastic Cuban accent as he does😘😘😘.

My two favorite police officers from our district, truly amazing ladies and a wonderful asset in our community. I also want to thank our executive director from our chamber Bella Ventresca for always organizing amazing events and running our chamber. I also want to thank 6 Corners Chamber of Commerce Gladstone Park Chamber of Comm Jefferson Park Chamber of Commerce and others for hosting such a fun business networking experience. Thank you to Collettis Dining and Banquets for hosting our event. As you can see I had a really really really good time!!!😁😁😁😁🥳🥳🥳🥳

I was at a wonderful event today and kudos to Claudia Peralta for running an amazing grass roots campaign to support public education. I brought over some strawberry cheesecake and the whole crowd loved it while we were watching the match between Argentina and Spain. Thank you to Eris Brewery & Cider House for hosting and for Daniel Pogorzelski for the shoutout 😁
A lot of people came to show their community spirit, our state representative Lindsey LaPointe State Rep Lindsey LaPointe and Senator Martwick State Senator Robert Martwick were there to support her as well.

Some beautiful pastries this morning we made a Queen Aman and they came out gorgeous. We also will be at the Printers Row Brewing Celebration this afternoon so we hope to see you all there. It starts at 3:00 and finishes at 8:00 p.m. tonight today. We will have empanadas, horchata, jamaica, pizza croissants and artichoke croissants at the event!!!

I had a master baker Maria Brennan from The Victorian Bakery come and teach me and my daughter new techniques on laminating croissants. My daughter came up with these new amazing fillings, such as pizza, jalapeno🌶 poppers, caramelized onion🧅 and🍄‍🟫 mushroom, garlic butter and creminis. We will also make Queen Aman this week as well, so be ready for some amazing new croissants my lovely people. I want to thank Maria because she drove for about 6 hours to come and teach us these new laminating techniques, what an amazing person and so talented.
