There’s just something about a homemade strawberry compote 🍓

The texture… the shine… those real strawberry chunks… 🤤
It’s sweet, a little tart, and packed with so much fresh flavor you just can’t get from store-bought.

Paired with cake and fluffy buttercream… it’s honestly one of my favorite combinations. Simple, fresh, and SO delicious!
