💔Unfortunately, we are seeing more and more animals in deplorable conditions where a traditional grooming environment simply isn’t the safest option. Severe matting, skin infections, pain, anxiety, and underlying medical concerns often require a different approach.

🛁One of the most rewarding parts of medical grooming is witnessing the immediate change in a pet’s comfort and behavior. Providing one-on-one care in a quiet, standalone salon with a Certified Professional Groomer is exactly what the DOGtor ordered! A calm, low-stress environment allows us to safely and comfortably remove pelted matting while prioritizing each pet’s physical and emotional well-being.

🩺Our extensive background in veterinary medicine and dermatology helps us manage complex cases like Coco’s. This sweet girl arrived with severe pelted matting that had caused painful skin irritation and infection in sensitive areas. Cases like these require patience, experience, and specialized knowledge.

🔬We are equipped to handle some of the most challenging grooming situations and are proud to provide professional medical grooming services in a home-based setting where pets can feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the process.

Our friends at Haven of Love Dog Rescue said it perfectly! Rescuing a dog is truly rewarding!

We already are seeing big changes in 💖Gracie! She’s going to make someone a great pup! 🐶

🐾 Bringing home a new dog is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming for them.

Remember: your new family member may need time to decompress, adjust, and learn that they're finally safe. ❤️

Patience, consistency, and understanding can make all the difference during those first days and weeks.

The dog you see on Day 1 may not be the same dog you see on Day 30—and that's okay. Trust takes time, but it's always worth it. 🐾

🩵When you become an Elite member, we are far more than just your pet’s caretaker, you become part of the Elite family.

✨Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of sharing some truly special moments with our clients. Just this past month, we had the honor of serving as witnesses for a lovely newlywed couple and being 🧸Teddy’s handler to help keep him picture-perfect for their wedding photos!

✨We love celebrating life’s milestones alongside our families. From first birthdays, like Chevy’s little sister’s, to graduation season in June. We enjoy making every occasion extra special. We even send pets home sporting school colors to help celebrate their family’s achievements, like 💞Valentine!

✨Whether you’re heading out for a weekend getaway or traveling across the country, you can count on us to care for more than just your fur babies. While their family was away, 🖤Onyx, 🩶Puff, and 🖤Zoey enjoyed daily visits complete with fresh food, clean water, and spotless litter boxes, giving their parents peace of mind while they traveled.

💖Gracie… you’re safe 💝

💖 Gracie Pupdate! 💖

💖Gracie is making friends… but very slowly, and that’s exactly how we want it. We’ve only had her for a week, and given her history, we were concerned that she might be dog-reactive. She’s also still recovering, so we have to be careful.(Vet appt Wednesday!)

🌃Today, we introduced her to our own Detroit rescue and first foster fail, 🐮Moxie Moo Cow! 🐮Moxie is an absolute unit(Pitbull/Chow Chow/Akita/German Shepherd) and has fantastic social skills and dog manners after her own recovery journey. 💖Gracie did very well and showed lots of curiosity, but easily relaxed together!

💖Gracie is slightly interested in the little dogs and more so interested in the kitty cats, but we’re taking introductions slowly and carefully with close supervision.

It is still very soon to tell. We are only beginning to learn who 💖Gracie truly is and what environment will help her thrive. As we continue getting to know her, we’ll share everything we learn with Haven of Love Dog Rescue. Together, we’ll determine which home requirements are in 💖Gracie’s best interest and they will help her find the perfect forever home 🏡

She is truly one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. She just enjoys jumping up and holding on. She’s extremely delicate about it ...and honestly, can you blame her? After everything she’s been through, she’s making up for lost time with love 💕
