We are so in love with our fall menu! 🍂✨🤎🍁

Have you tried our new Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Scone? It’s our first year with it on the counter and so far, we’re obsessed! The pumpkin and chocolate complement each other perfectly and the best part: it’s topped with our signature cinnamon maple glaze.

We’ve also got our cinnamon rolls topped with Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese Frosting for the rest of the month! So far, it’s been a huge hit!

All of this paired with our Maple Leaf Sugar Cookies and our Cookies And Cream Croissant, the weekends are looking very festive around the bakery!!! Stop in and say hi!

Fall is here and we're leaning into it. Here's what's new at the bakery this week.

Cookies and Cream Croissant — October Special 🖤

Our October special is here and it's a little spooky. A black dough croissant filled with a black cookie and cream, topped with sugar frosting and another black cookie.

Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — and starting October 13th, you'll find it in limited quantities every day through Halloween.

Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls

Our classic cinnamon roll gets a fall makeover. Same pillowy roll you love, now topped with a pumpkin spice frosting. Available every day on the counter.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Scone

A new seasonal scone for fall. Pumpkin, chocolate chips, and everything cozy about this time of year. Available every day while they last.

Introducing October’s monthly croissant: the Cookies And Cream Croissant! 👻🖤

Let’s break this guy down: first, the croissant is made with our black croissant dough using black out cocoa powder to give it a slightly chocolate-y taste. Then, it’s filled and topped with an in-house buttercream that tastes almost exactly like Oreo filling and crumbles of housemade Oreo cookies. Then, to tie the whole thing together, it’s topped with powdered sugar.

These will be available for the rest of October on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays AND, starting the 13th of the month, we will be keeping a limited supply on the counter during the week through Halloween!

It’s the last weekend for our Dulce De Leche Croissants! Come grab one before they’re gone for another year!

Also on the counter this weekend are our Maple Leaf Cookies and another batch of our Tres Leches! The weather is getting colder, the leaves are falling, and the bakery is starting to look and smell like another beautiful autumn!

Every loaf we make is sourdough — plain, flavored, multigrain, all of it. Made by hand with a 48+ hour fermentation process. Check the bread schedule online to find your favorite loaf and plan your visit accordingly.

A classic B&B croissant filled with dulce de leche, topped with a little more dulce de leche, and finished with a mini alfajor cookie on top.

Something new is in the works! 🧑‍🍳

Victor has been testing out this Tres Leches cake recipe for us over the last few weeks, and this round came out so good we just have to share it with you!

While we are still experimenting, we have these priced a little lower than usual. This cake is a soft sponge soaked in sweetened condensed, evaporated and whole milks, topped with a healthy amount of whipped cream. This batch has a hint of our housemade peach jam between the layers. In the future, we are hoping to incorporate stronger seasonal fruit flavors!
