Hey gang! We have been so lucky to be able to re-open tomorrow. We know that a lot of folks are still without power and have devastating loss. You’re in our thoughts! We are grateful for the ability to re-make and re-stock our little operation. Please bring cash as credit card processing might be iffy without the internet. Our phone is still out…but we prefer to see your beautiful faces anyway. We’ll be Open from 8-1:30ish.

We are taking a mid-winter break and will be back very soon. The shop will reopen on February 27th at 8am. Our new hours will be 8am -2pm Thursday-Sunday.

One of the things that inspired us on our trip to France was the Chocolate Mousse Bar we went to. We thought it would be a great idea to have Chocolate Mousse available any time! This weekend we are testing a recipe! While it lasts we will have sample spoonfuls of Chocolate Mousse! Come try it!

We have a few options for tours, but our very favorite and the one that will be in the highest demand is the 11 day Christmas Market tour of Alsace, France finishing in Paris. The tours include flights and transportation, rooms and dinner each evening as well as lots of pastries and snacks. The focus is the food and wine, we are experts and what we aren’t experts at we know other experts to help.

Please come visit for the holidays! Here are our hours of operation, you’ll notice we are open extra days, have limited hours on Christmas Eve and will be Closed for Christmas. We are making all of our classics and some seasonal specialties. Crepes and pastries will be the perfect excuse to get out of the house in the cold!

What an amazing tribute to the firefighters who saved this monument of human ingenuity! Notice the melted lead that covered part of the cross in the fire. Also, the rooster from steeple was saved! Incredible!
