Here is the 3-tier winter themed wedding cake I made this last weekend for a wedding at the castle. The cake was red velvet with peppermint cream cheese frosting. Cake was covered in vanilla flavored blue fondant and decorated with edible snowflakes, snow covered pine trees, rose gold lace and delicate royal icing detail throughout. Even the stargazer lilies are edible. The layer sizes were 12", 10" and 8". Very blessed to have been part of their special day. Recent wedding cake order. Bride wanted chocolate cake and Groom wanted strawberry cake, so I gave them both what they wanted. Left side was strawberry cake with strawberry puree and vanilla butter cream frosting, right side was chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream frosting all covered in vanilla fondant, hand piped colorful flowers in between and wrapped in edible lace. I was even able to find a cake topper that had a dog included on it.
