This week’s lineup: Cheddar Jalapeño, Vanilla Fig Apricot, Plain & Buttermilk 🍞✨
By popular request, Cheddar Jalapeño is back. Sharp cheddar, fresh jalapeño, and that spicy, savory little kick everyone keeps asking for.
Also joining the table this week:
Vanilla Fig Apricot: made with organic jammy Mission figs, organic sweet Turkish figs, juicy organic apricots, and a hint of vanilla and a touch of smokiness for a perfectly balanced loaf with just the right touch of sweetness.
Plain Sourdough: the classic.
Buttermilk Sourdough: soft, tangy, and still the loaf that started causing problems in the best way.
And yes, that’s this week’s cultured butter in progress. Small-batch, slow-cultured, and very worth it.
