We are selling the EQUIPMENT , CONTENTS, and COOKIE RECIPES of our established and successful bakery business- Kylie’s Confections in Charles Town, WV!!

The sale includes:
•Bakery Equipment/Business Contents- including(but not limited to) a Hobart 60 quart Mixer/with attachments, an Eagle 20 Quart Mixer/with attachments, 6 Vulcan Convection Ovens, Kitchenaid Mixers, 6 Baking Racks/Sheets, Wire Shelving, 10 Prep Tables, Refrigerators, Freezer, Dough Sheeter, Dry Display Case, Refrigerated Display Case, various Small Wares/Cooking Essentials, Sales Counter, and dessert packaging.
•Cookie Recipes- Multiple reputable & delicious cookie recipes perfect for daily sales and holiday seasons.

Equipment, Contents, & Cookie Recipes are being sold ALL TOGETHER- we are not looking to sell it individually.

We lease a storefront in an established well-known shopping center with great neighboring businesses and ample free parking in Charles Town, WV. This lease is available for YOU as well! We are looking to sell and have the lease taken over by December 31st, 2024.

This is a TURN KEY opportunity- the contents and leased storefront is a perfect opportunity and location for someone to open their own business whether it’s a BAKERY, CAFE, or even a COMMUNITY KITCHEN. Thank you Kylie’s Confections family and friends from the bottom of my heart💗

I don’t have words to explain how thankful I am for each and every one of you for making my dream a reality and a success. I have had the most supportive family, group of friends, and customers and I will be forever grateful for that. There were lots of “see you laters” this week and I think it is finally hitting me how much I will miss seeing everybody each week! I have met some lifelong friends/ family throughout my business journey and I truly believe God put this business in my path to meet the most special people.

Thank you all for the most exciting, whirlwind chapter of my life. I cannot believe this part is coming to an end! But, this is not a goodbye, it’s a see you later💗
