Nekosama is created by The Bitter Baker and Soy Boy, who have been partners in life since 2014. They have both worked in the food & beverage industry for more than a decade. During that time, they worked for, as well as with inspiring people and started to share the same dream of having a little cafe where delicious coffee and pastries bring happiness to people that come by. Naming the business af

ter their love for cats, the duo are starting their dream right here, with handcrafted whimsical baked goods and pastries. Nekosama embodies some of The Bitter Baker's favorite childhood memories of food in Taiwan. Each item is thoughtfully handcrafted hoping to bring a little bit of happiness and warmth on an ordinary day.

Sat, 5/23, we are returning to to hang out with some of our favorite people from 11-2 🫶🏻
Sub, 5/24, we’re heading down to Cupertino for the first time ever to join all the other awesome vendors at .pool for the Summer Splash Market from 11-3 🐬

We are celebrating our Taiwanese heritage this AAPI month with whimsical shapes + flavors in our Formosa Cookie Box 2.0. Featuring special collaboration items from , including Chef Bao in a delicious cookie form in the box🤩
There are 5 kinds of cookies:
- Chef Bao (Peanut shortbread/Dark chocolate)
- Taiwan (Four Seasons Oolong Shortbread)
- Capybara (Black Tea + Black Sugar Shortbread/White Chocolate)
- Plum Blossom (Dragon Fruit Shortbread/Pineapple glaze)
- Handpiped Shortbead Stars (Passion Fruit Orange)
We’re using the Four Seasons Oolong from our lovely friends at .norcal as well as the Ceylon Black Tea from 🫶🏻
The Cookie Box will be available for pre-order through Hotplate for all of our popups in May! Make sure that you come out and play 🐈‍⬛🐈✌🏻

Our new Chocolate Milk Bread is made using the sponge dough method - we find it to be very magical lol. Despite all the chocolate chips inside, it’s not a super sweet bread 🙂‍↔️
