February 3 - 6pm to 8pm
*Challah Bread*
Challah is a special Jewish braided bread eaten on Sabbath and Jewish holidays. Learn the techniques of this beautiful, rich braided masterpiece.
February 10 - 6pm to 8pm
*French Macarons*
Macaron addict ? Come at Swiss Delices and make your own macarons from scratch. You will learn how to make shells, piping tips and secrets of delicate ganache or buttercream filling through chef demonstrations and hands-on experience. Taste a few in and bring home a box of hand-made macarons.
February 17 - 6pm to 8pm
*Chocolate Mousse Cake*
Our best selling cake! Learn to make it yourself. Take advantage of this baking class -- our next to the last class we are offering!
We look forward to sharing our secrets for this amazing chocolate dream cake!
February 24 - 6pm to 8pm
*Italian Butter Cream and Chocolate Ganache*
Learn to make and use two famous fillings & icings.
Classes are held at Swiss Delices Bakery, 3315 Castro Valley Blvd., Castro Valley, Tel. 510.881.8669, from 6pm-8pm
The cost is $50 for a 2 hour class. Ingredients are not included but unless you do a chocolate class, they won't exceed $3 to $10 per person. You get to take home whatever you make!

Class size is limited to 8 and a minimum number of 6 participants are required.
Class fee of $50 is required 7 days prior to class, payable online or in person at the bakery. Ingredient costs are due at the class.
Registrations will be confirmed within 3 days. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation. *Rebates calculated and credited at completion of classes.
