I'm a daytime court reporter with a nighttime home-based licensed custom cookie bakery. I started making cookies when I became an empty nester and wanted to help my kids pay for college. This class is great for beginners and veterans alike who would like to learn how to master 3D effects, plump icing transfers to enhance and change up your designs for different occasions, and even how to achieve a curling standout vine. You’ll also learn how to do easy and quick painting using the gel colors you already have. Comes with a followup online class for a refresher course, and did you see that awesome cutter set from Bobbi’s Cutters???

If you’re on the fence about taking in-person 4-hr classes, I’d encourage you to take a look thru the classes. Add-on classes have proven to be invaluable for my growth.

Have you ever worked with Shrink Wrap? It’s so satisfying. I needed a way to be able to successfully ship 100 cookie sets to Florida, and I’m loving this method.

Ever since I read a book about sheep, those wooly timid creatures have become dear to my heart. People are a lot like sheep, and as I was reading, I couldn’t help but laugh out loud. Let me see if I can remember a few for your Sunday smile.

Sheep notoriously follow the crowd, so much so that they will follow each other right off of cliffs! (That’s why they need a shepherd to watch over them.)

Sheep become weighed down by dirt and junk that gets matted in their wool. When that happens, they become what is known as “cast” — their wool becomes so heavy that they get flipped on their back and can’t get back up again. (They need the Shepherd to help them stand on their feet once again.)
🐑
Sheep frighten easily, and since they don’t have much in the way of defenses, they will faint, causing them to be, once again, cast. (That’s why a shepherd is known to be caring, protective, and nurturing.)
🐑
Sheep have a type of “pecking order” and will jockey for position among their peers. The grass is always greener at their neighbor’s house too. 😆 (That’s why the shepherd leads them to plenty of green pastures.)

A: They grab a reindeer cutter and chop off some of the antler tines. 😄

I am thrilled to come to Orlando, Florida, to teach you the joy and magic of painting in this Enchanted Forest class for BOTH Thursday, 6/25/26, classes at the !! (See my two Wednesday classes on my profile page too.)
We will tackle the fears and jitters of having a paintbrush in hand and create a magical scene together, complete with many new techniques and gadgets to help us produce this 3-cookie versatile set for many future orders to come.

I’m truly honored to introduce you to this fun “Create-a-Cake Floral Cookie” Class at the this June in Orlando!

Well fashioning Cookie CANDY flowers (not fondant) that are stretchy like tootsie rolls and rolls like fondant and even can be rolled paper thin like wafer paper, but it tastes great! In class we will use Mint Chocolate Chip (using real chocolate), Chocolate Caramel (using real caramel & chocolate), & Berries ‘n White Chocolate (using real white chocolate.)
For those sweet-and-sour candy lovers, we’ll also mold some flowers in Sassy Watermelon, Sour Grape, and Lemonhead!

In class we will craft 5 different styles of candy flowers using petal veiners and ball tools to get you in the know-how for making many different species of flowers. (The online recipes class will come with the purchase of the class, but if you’d like to read more about it, hop on to my website under Online Classes.)

We will also focus on making and staining a beautiful woodgrain cake stand, a layered cake, and 3 types of 3D stems.
*
I’m having fun putting together a take-home packed kit of veiners, cutters, and more for you to use your creativity in making future candy flowers that translate over for individual round cookies, cupcakes, or even real cakes too!

I’d love to see locals as well as others from all over the world! No experience necessary. I walk you through it step by step.
