I’m truly honored to introduce you to this fun “Create-a-Cake Floral Cookie” Class at the this June in Orlando!

Well fashioning Cookie CANDY flowers (not fondant) that are stretchy like tootsie rolls and rolls like fondant and even can be rolled paper thin like wafer paper, but it tastes great! In class we will use Mint Chocolate Chip (using real chocolate), Chocolate Caramel (using real caramel & chocolate), & Berries ‘n White Chocolate (using real white chocolate.)
For those sweet-and-sour candy lovers, we’ll also mold some flowers in Sassy Watermelon, Sour Grape, and Lemonhead!

In class we will craft 5 different styles of candy flowers using petal veiners and ball tools to get you in the know-how for making many different species of flowers. (The online recipes class will come with the purchase of the class, but if you’d like to read more about it, hop on to my website under Online Classes.)

We will also focus on making and staining a beautiful woodgrain cake stand, a layered cake, and 3 types of 3D stems.

I’m having fun putting together a take-home packed kit of veiners, cutters, and more for you to use your creativity in making future candy flowers that translate over for individual round cookies, cupcakes, or even real cakes too!
