Today's class was a bit too "Murphy's Law" for my liking but we got through it. 💪

First, the buttercream was still too firm from being in the fridge that morning, despite having been out for hours at that point. Then, I apparently received a bad batch of piping bags with wonky seams. Those two factors combined resulted in several bags of buttercream bursting as we began piping our first flower! 😩

Many thanks to those in attendance today for being patient while I got things ironed out. Everyone's bouquets looked amazing!
