Basil-Infused Sea Salt + Juicy Summer Tomatoes

Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious.

1. Make basil-infused salt. Add fresh basil and sea salt to a food processor and pulse until the basil is finely chopped and evenly mixed throughout the salt. Spread the mixture onto a plate or parchment paper and allow it to dry.

2. Cut a fresh, juicy summer tomato into thick slices.

3. Sprinkle the basil-infused salt over the tomato slices.

🚨 PEACH PREORDER UPDATE 🚨

We know you’re just as excited about peach season as we are, and we’re so grateful for all of your preorders! 🍑❤️

Our JULY 9 peach shipment is still on its way to the farm, so we’re asking everyone to hold off on coming to pick up your order just yet.

As soon as your peaches arrive, everyone with a preorder will receive a message letting you know they’re ready for pickup. If you’re planning a special trip to the farm, please wait until you receive that notification before heading our way.

Fresh peaches, a buttery oat topping, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream...oh yeah!

Did you know that you can pick up almost everything you need for this recipe right here at the farm store?! We currently have peaches, butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, vanilla, honey, and even vanilla ice cream!

🍑 Farm Fresh Peach Crisp Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Filling:
6 cups fresh peaches (sliced)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt

Crisp Topping:
1 cup oats
¾ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, cold and cut into cubes

Optional: Vanilla ice cream

DIRECTIONS:
Toss the filling ingredients together and spread into a greased baking dish. Mix the topping until crumbly, sprinkle over the peaches, and bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Farm Kitchen Tip: Add a handful of fresh blueberries or blackberries!

Looking for something fun to do this Saturday? We've got a full day at the farm!

Whether you're looking to start your morning with yoga, learn where your food comes from, or wanna stop by to sample some delicious local cheeses, we'd love to see you this weekend.

9:00–10:15 AM | Yoga on the Farm (FREE but RSVP required)
Start your Saturday surrounded by the beauty of the farm with a relaxing outdoor yoga class led by Teri Hall. Perfect for all experience levels (including beginners). Free to attend, but RSVP is required as space is limited.

10:00 AM–2:00 PM | Snowville Cheese & Veggie Dip Tasting (FREE)
Stop by the farm store and sample a variety of rich, creamy cheeses and flavorful veggie dips from Snowville Creamery. No RSVP needed. Just stop in and enjoy!

1:00–3:00 PM | Behind-the-Scenes Farm Tour with Michael
Ever wonder where your food actually comes from? Join Michael for a guided tour of our working regenerative farm and see how we're growing food without pesticides, synthetic inputs, or shortcuts. $10 per person | Kids 13 & under are free
