I can’t thank you enough! We sold out nearly everywhere today! One of my customers brought me her own focaccia and it was SO GOOD!

I love hearing “oh I have some of your bread on my counter” or messages saying save me some sandwich bread! And THE BAGELS were such a crazy hit that we made more today! Thank you for supporting this crazy dream. I can’t believe 10 months ago I made my first loaf of focaccia and this is where we are.

Time for a quick nap and back to baking to restock Ruhligs, kurtzhals, homestead kitchen, and the shop for tomorrow!

On the menu:
Focaccia
Rosemary garlic Parmesan (the OG)
Cheddar, garlic, herb (think cheesy bread)
Blueberry Lemon (blueberry jam in the bread and a lemon sugar glaze with fresh lemon zest)
Brownsugar cinnamon (think cinnamon roll in focaccia form)

Artisan sandwich loaf
Plain
Cheddar garlic
Italian herbs
Everything bagel seasoning and cheddar

English muffins (if you know you know)
Sandwich bread ( you don’t have to wonder about what’s in this)

Chocolate chip cookies
Iced cinnamon ostmeal cookies

When it’s 10:30 and you are in the kitchen doing another restock to end the week and you’re tired and want sleep and your friend sends you this…. You push through and keep going and decide to make more sandwich bread.

I will KEEP saying, I am forever grateful for everyone who is supporting me and I am so happy I get to provide simple ingredient delicious bread to the world…. Excuse me while I go mix another batch of sandwich bread dough 😂
