Yesterday I was able to stop by a local farmstand called Root & Roost Farmstead and snag some cinnamon rolls and brookies. Listen to me when I tell you, you need these cinnamon rolls in your life. Stop by and support them! Their stand gives off cute, fall, vibes and it’s dangerous that it’s only 5 minutes away!

Join me for Herbs, Folklore & Focaccia — a fun evening combining sourdough, herbs, history, old remedies, folklore and just a little bit of that “kitchen witch” vibe! 🧙‍♀️🌿

During the evening, you’ll decorate your own take-and-bake sourdough focaccia using herbs and vegetables while we talk about the fascinating stories behind different herbs — including old remedies, potions, poisons, true history and folklore. 🌿🍄‍🟫✨

You’ll also enjoy sourdough snacks and beverages, and I’ll have sourdough starter available for purchase for anyone who wants to take some home and start their own sourdough journey! 🍞

⚠️ This is NOT a Sourdough for Beginners class. It’s meant to be a fun, interactive fall evening centered around focaccia, herbs and folklore!
