✈️🌏Wrapping up this mini series of cookies around the world with our 4th and final cookie: a beautiful Highland Coo.🐄🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Scottish cattle are everywhere in the highlands, but finding one up close wasn’t as easy as I expected.

It took two days of searching high and low, hiking several miles across glens and hilly paths (in rain and high wind🥶), and asking the locals where best to spot them before I found this wee bonnie lass!

It was a wild coo chase, if you will. 🫣😆 I think she was well worth the wait! 💓

We may have lost one horn in the process of searching, but as far as cookie casualties go, that one was pretty harmless. 😅

Creating a cookie made to replicate an actual Cotswolds Cottage is one thing… creating one from your own brain and then trying to find one that looks similar is another matter entirely.

Now that it’s officially 🎒Augtober🎃 and the fall season is right around the corner, I want to share this announcement! 📣

From Sept. 30 - Oct. 18, I’ll be across the pond to adventure around Ireland, London, Oxford, Wales and Scotland. 🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

While I’m away, no emails, texts, messages or other inquires will be answered — as I am taking some much needed time away! Though we don’t have a brick and mortar, we will effectively be closed for the first half of October.

Additionally, no new orders for the rest of October will be accepted upon my return — so, if you need cookies in late October, you *must* book before mid September. No exceptions.

I will catch up with all emails, texts and phone calls when we return. If you have an order already placed for late October and need to check in, give me a shout!
